INDAHRIA: The progress

Tadi baru bayar balance legal fee RM3150. Last 2 weeks bayar valuer RM570. Fuhh...abes duit shopping gi Saigon. Nampaknya gi Saigon nanti kena shopping berpada-pada la ;-).

Lepas bayar valuer, diorg terus courier valuation report to me. So, this is the house floor plan.

Square feet tak lar besar mana. Kalo tak silap 1041 jer. Pening jugak nak pikir cemana nak deco umah ni nanti.

Kebetulan plak dlm Apartment magazine ada deco umah Indahria. Kena sgt la. Dpt gak aku idea cemana nak deco nanti. Cantik umah mamat ni. Tapi umah dia lot tepi. So, umah dia ada window.

Indahria ni balcony dia mmg luas. Tgk la mcm mana mamat tu deco balcony dia. Siap buat tmpt bersantai lg. Dia letak alat exercise kat situ. So, bila dia exercise, dpt lar dia menikmati view kat situ. Good idea tp tak sesuai utk yg ada anak kecik utk letak kerusi meja kat situ. Dangerous!

Dining & living hall dia. Menarik juga skim color dia pilih.

Lorong nak masuk umah...dia letak cermin besar kat situ. Good idea. Umah dia nmpk luaskan?

Kitchen. Cantik. Boleh tiru ni ;-). Suka tgk kitchen dia.

Even umah dia tak berapa besar pon dia still boleh letak dining table kat situ. Menarik. Pandai mamat ni deco umah dia. Furniture tak byk sgt. Cukup2 jer. Tau berapa kos deco umah dia? RM115 000. Pengsan....

Kata my lawyer...maybe next month dah boleh dpt kunci ;-). Yeay...tak sabarnya!!!
