Curious Kids Need To Be Tough Inside



Have you heard about immune system? I believe all mothers out there probably heard of this word but do you know what is the meaning? Immune system is a system that must be in good working order for us to live a healthy life.

How to boost your baby immune system? There are 5 ways of doing it:

 1. Nutrition – Give your kids a lot of vegetable and fruits especially sweet potatoes, oranges, blueberries, applesauce, broccoli and carrots because these foods are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These vitamins are good to protect your kid cells of the immune system.

2. Vaccines – Make sure your baby get the vaccines on time. This vaccine helps to protect the baby from several of illness. There is a lot of vaccine to be taken for the baby till they are 1 year old. And this also causes a lot of money. For 1 vaccination taken, it can cost you more than RM100. It’s expensive to raise the kids nowadays, right?

3. Sleep – Make sure your baby get enough sleep, as it is important for the immune function. Train your baby to sleep at the same time everyday.

4. Breastfeeding – Breastfeeding is the best way to boost your baby immune system. However, I managed to breastfeeding my baby for 3 weeks only. Once he starts taking the formula milk, my baby refuse to breastfeeding. And because of that, we as a parents need to give him the good formula milk, which contain everything that the baby needs for his development.

5. Stop smoking – Smoking is not good for the health. If you’re a smoker, don’t smoke in front of your baby. The best way is “STOP SMOKING” for your family health!

Last but not least, give your baby a GOOD food, expose them to a HEALTHY environment, get ENOUGH sleep and be HAPPY always! You’re responsible for your family HEALTH.
