Hahahaha...org lain new gadget handphone la...ipad la...laptop la...Aku??? Blood pressure monitor ;-P.
I got high blood pressure during pregnancy...& strange enough...after delivery pon BP still tak menentu. Kejap naik, kejap turun...
So, disebabkan BP yg tak konsisten itu, doc adv me to buy this product as he doesn't want to start medication on me because I'm still young.
Doc just adv me to monitor my BP at home.
Disebabkan family history yg mmg ada penyakit ni...so, I better be careful.
I think every house should have this product. Senang jer nak guna. And the price is not so expensive. Bought this for RM119 only @ Guardian.
Nota kaki: Tahun ni aku berazam untuk menjaga kesihatan. Tapi ubat malas nak makan, hahaha...

doc said normally pregnant woman easily dapat high bp or diabetes...
selalunya hilang lepas bersalin atau maybe permanently.........
lead healthy life would be better!!!
