Arini pon dtg keje wat syarat jer.Tak kuasa aku nak keje beria2. Dah takde mood OK! Tadi dtg ofis pon jln clear jer...Itu menunjukkan...semua org dah CUTI, warrrggghhh...
Nak tau tak...Smlm balik keje aku kena tahan ngan POLIS. Hampir2 lar nak kena SAMAN! Aku kena tahan lepas roundabout nak ke Terminal 3. Yg bestnya aku boleh tny POLIS tu apa salah aku, hehehe...Nak tau apa salah aku? USE HANDPHONE WHILE DRIVING. Ciss! Nmpk aje POLIS tu. Mana ntah diorg nyorok.
POLIS tu siap bebel kat aku dia kata tau tak bahaya guna handphone smbl drive. Bla...bla...bla...Aku jwb lar balik nak wat camana dah husband tepon. Pastu boleh lak dia ckp "A'ah erk, kalo tak jawab nanti abg merajuk lak". Hehehe...pandai2 jer POLIS ni.
POLIS tu siap tanya aku nak kena SAMAN ke tak? Eh...boleh lak camtu...Aku jawab apa tau..."KALO ENCIK NAK SAMAN, SAMAN JER LA". Hehehe...best tak jawapan aku? Tapi akhirnya POLIS tu lepaskan jugak aku...Best giler POLIS ni! Aku pon blah lar dgn senyum lebar...Ye lar, kalo kena SAMAN, terbang duit aku RM300!

Tada......ni lah sofa yg aku beli. Cukup la utk aku ngan my hubby duduk time tgk tv. Sapa yg dtg umah aku nanti 2 org je lar boleh duduk. Yg lain kena dok atas lantai, hehehehe...

Pada mulanya we all plan nak berbuka di Cozy Corner tapi sbb 3 org jer yg pegi so we all decide to buka puasa at KLCC jer lah...Kitorg makan kat sini...
Ramai jugak org berbuka kat sini. Kol 6pm kitorg dah kena beratur utk booked tmpt. Masa smpi kat situ, beratur dah pnjg. Sib baik lar dpt jugak tmpt.
Inilah yg aku makan utk buka puasa aritu. Grilled chicken. Mmg kenyang betol la...Lepas dah abis makan...jenjalan lar jap kat KLCC tu. Kol 9.30pm aku pon balik lar umah...Sian my hubby sorg2 kat umah ;-).

- Tepung gandum di uli dengan air utk dijadikan doh. Lepas tu leperkan & potong kecil2.
- Masak adunan tepung tadi dlm air yg mendidih.
- Dlm periuk yg lain, masak santan & air. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum yg dah masak. Letak garam, gula & daun pandan.
- Masak sehingga santan mendidih. Siap.

Smlm lepas berbuka, kitorg singgah kat Studio R jap. Kalo masuk kedai camni, first my hubby will look for MU tshirt. Dia mmg suka ngan tshirt MU. Byk gak lar collection tshirt MU dia. Sanggup tu beli walaupon harga dia beratus RM! Lepas dah tgk tshirt MU, tgk kasut futsal lak. Ha, tgk lar gmbr2 ni...
Yang ni pon cantik gak...Harga pon cantik, hehehe...My hubby ckp kalo tak sbb nak raya, mmg dia dah beli dah! Mmmm...maybe aku boleh belikan kasut tu as his b'day present. B'day dia Nov ni. Tapi mahal tu! Kalo ada bajet boleh lar aku beli, if not belikan dia tshirt MU or tshirt HRC, hehehe...Time my hubby sebok dok belek kasut dia, aku pon belek lar sama. Aiseyman...aku dah terberkenan lak kat kasut nih...Rupanya cam kat bawah ni lar...

Smpi Pyramid pon dah almost buka puasa. At first, dia nak ajak aku buka kat Steven's tapi pusing2 cari restoran tu tak jumpa lak. Nak cari tmpt lain semua dah full house. Kitorg pon beli lah roti dulu kat Bread Talk buat alas perut.
Dah penat round Pyramid cari tmpt makan, at last we all makan kat Mr Tepannyaki. This is my first time eating here. Sblm ni tak penah teringin nak makan kat sini. Aku ni bukan la suka sgt nak try makanan Jepun ke, Korea ke...Ntah lar, rasa cam tak lalu jer tgk makanan diorg. Tapi disebabkan puasakan...so cam teringin la pulak nak cuba makanan lain. Tgk set ramadhan dia pon cam menarik jer...Cam tak caya jer aku masuk restoran nih, hehehe...

cerita ari sabtu
Ok, ni kasi close up sikit. Ala, takde lar canggih pon paten nye...Tapi MIL aku puas ati lar dgn hasil kerja tangan aku ni ha...
Aku ingatkan nak jahit gak lar manik kat baju aku tapi cam malas jer...Aku ada 3 pasang baju kurung yg baru siap jahit & tak pakai lagi. Ingatkan nak cantikkan lar baju tu ngan manik tapi tu lar...malas betol nak ngadap manik nih.
Lepas abis jahit manik dah kol 12. Arini my hubby's family dtg buka puasa kat umah kitorang. Siap menjahit, terus lar aku gi pasar beli lauk. Pening gak nak pikir masak apa. Abis lar magazine aku belek cari resepi, hehehe...Akhirnya aku buat bubur candil (first time buat nih. Sib baik jadi), ikan cencaru sumbat goreng & ayam masak lemak. Jangan tak tau...kol 2 aku dah masuk dapur, hahaha...
My hubby keje aritu. So, aku sorang2 lar masak kat umah. Dia balik keje kol 6, aku suh dia goreng sayur. Tapi yg tak bestnya...aku masak nasi terlembik la pulak. Maklum lar...tak penah masak nasi byk2, terlebih lak letak air, hahaha...
By the time diorg dtg dah nak dekat waktu berbuka. Aku apalagi, suh lar MIL aku masak nasi, hehehe...Sib baik lar aku buat bubur candil. So, sementara nasi masak diorg makan bubur lar dulu.
Kol 11 pm they all balik. Penat gilos aku aritu. Abis sengal2 kaki aku dibuatnya.

MC & masak-masak
Ingatkan on that day nak masak sotong paprik. Tapi bila tanya my hubby dia tak nak lak makan paprik. So, I passed the mag to him. Dia plak yg dok cari recipe utk buka puasa. Biasa lar, kalo dia yg pilih, mesti recipe yg tak pedasnya. Dia suruh aku buat sotong goreng madu.
My hubby ni interested jugak bab masak2. So, aritu aku prepare bahan2 masak sotong, dia yg masak. Ha...ni lah dia rupa sotong goreng madu tu. Senang jer.
Bahan:
- sotong
- bawang merah
- bawang puteh
- sos tiram
- cili padi
- cili merah
- garam
- madu
- tepung jagung
Cara:
Goreng sotong dgn tepung jagung yg dah dicampur ngan sikit air. Ketepikan. Kemudian, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cili merah & cili apa yg dah diblend. Bila dah naik bau, masukkan sotong goreng. Lepas tu masukkan sos tiram, madu & garam. Goreng smpi masak. Siap!

kad raya & apam pisang
Tak sangka betol dpt kad raya. Ingatkan zaman2 skrg ni dah takde org nak bagi kad raya. Rupa2nya ada jugak yg sudi bagi aku kad raya. First kad raya aku terima utk tahun ni...Skrg ni dah senang...antar kad raya pon thru email jer, hehehe...main fwd2 jer...Tak pon sms.
Teringat time sek ren dulu...Siap mintak duit ngan mak sbb nak beli kad raya. Itu pon beli kad raya yg size kecik jer sbb murah kan...Size tak penting yg penting ingatan tu . Lepas tu bila dah dpt kad raya byk2, gantung kat umah. Kadang2 tampal kad dinding...kadang2 gantung kat pokok. Pokok pon dah jadi ala-ala pokok krismas.
Lagi 1, kat bawah kad tu mesti tulis pantun. Biasanya pantun yg aku selalu tulis:
Pecah kaca pecah gelas, Sudah baca harap balas

Ok, ni aku nak kongsi resepi Apam Pisang ngan korangs. Memandangkan my hubby beli pisang byk, aku pon merajinkan la diri buat apam ni. Lg pon aku bukan makan pisang. Kalo aku makan pon pisang yg dah dibuat sesuatu mcm goreng ke, buat kueh ke, pengat...lepat...apa2 lar as long as bukan makan mcm tu jer, hehehe...
- 6 biji pisang
- 2 cawan tepung gandum
- 4 biji telur
- 3/4 cawan gula
- 1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
- 1 sudu kecil baking powder
Cara:
Lenyek pisang & soda bikarbonat. Pukul telur & gula sehingga kembang. Kemudian, masukkan tepung gandum yg dah diayak dgn baking powder. Kemudian masukkan pisang. Letakkan dlm acuan & kukus selama 45 minit.
Senang jer kan?

Lepas dah redeem, we all berbuka puasa di The Manhattan Fish Market. Sempena puasa ni, diorg ada sediakan Individual Set. 1 set tu RM29.90. Ada kurma, 1 main course, soup of the day & air sirap bandung soya.
Nmpk mcm sikit jer nasi dia tapi mmg kenyang lar makan. Soup of the day aku tak suka sgt, tak sedap!
Ooo...b4 that aku pegi beli hp, hehehe...Agaknya aku ni tak boleh sebut nak tukar hp. Dah hp aku merajuk. Terus rosak! Aku beli hp Sony Ericsson tapi bukan yg aku nak lar. Memandangkan bajet pon sikit so aku puas ati jer la ngan hp K770i ni.

Night leg cramps
What causes night leg cramps? What can you do about them?

Night leg cramps are contractions of the leg muscles, usually in the back of the lower leg (calf). They often occur just as you're falling asleep or just as you're waking up. The exact cause of night leg cramps isn't known. Some experts believe they may be due to abnormal processing of electrolytes — essential elements and chemical substances your body needs for basic functions — by muscles. Almost everyone has occasional leg cramps. But they occur most often in older adults. Common causes of night leg cramps include:
Muscle overexertion, Prolonged sitting, Dehydration, Pregnancy, Diabetes, Decreased potassium levels, Neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Certain medications, such as albuterol, niacin, diuretics, and some calcium channel blockers and antipsychotic medications &
Alcohol use
If you do get a leg cramp, you may be able to make it go away by:
Walking on the affected leg
Massaging the affected muscle
Straightening your leg and flexing your foot toward your knee until you feel the calf muscles stretch
Applying a cold pack to the affected muscle
Taking a hot bath
Drink plenty of fluids during the day.
Stretch your leg muscles before bedtime.
Get adequate potassium in your diet.
If you have frequent and severe leg cramps at night, talk to your doctor. Treatment results vary. But the most effective treatments based on current research are:

buka puasa
Bila time buka, kitorang makan kueh-mueh dulu. Lepas tu solat maghrib & isyak berjemaah. Lepas dah abis solat Isyak...baru makan nasi lak. Fuhh...mmg kenyang gilo den! Lepas makan...apa lagi, sesi borak2 & menjual...hihihi...ada jugak yg amik kesempatan menjual bila dah berkumpul ramai2 mcm tu.
Makanan mmg byk yg lebih sbb setiap org bawak makanan masing2. So, bila balik siap tapau lar makanan.
On Sun lak, sis in law ajak bukak posa kat umah dia. Untung aku this week. Tak yah pening2 pikir nak masak apa utk berbuka. Smpi umah dia kol 7 pm. Makanan penuh 1 meja...Ada soto, roti jala, buah-buahan...murtabak...Fuh...mkn byk lagi! Hehehe...patut lar org ckp w/pon bulan posa, berat tetap tak turun...Tapi aku timbang smlm berat aku turun 3.5 kg. Yahoo!!!!

Puding Roti
Bahan A:
450ml fresh milk
8 keping roti Gardenia
Bahan B:
4 sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar butter/margerine
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanila
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Bahan C:
1 kotak kecil kismis
Cara:
- Koyakkan roti & rendam dlm susu selama 1/2 jam
- Blend Bahan B
- Masukkan Bahan B & Bahan C dlm loyang
- Bakar dlm suhu 180' C selama 30 minit.
Pindang Ikan
Bahan-bahan
3 ekor ikan kembung/selar
2 hiris halia - dipotong panjang
2 batang serai - diketuk
3 cawan air
3 keping asam gelugur
1 labu bawang besar - dihiris
3 biji cili merah - mayang panjang
Sedikit serbuk kunyit dan garam
Cara Memasak
1. Bersihkan ikan dan potong
2. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk.
3. Masak sehingga mendidih.

Acid Folic
Folic acid is a B vitamin. Folic acid helps the body make healthy new cells.
Why should women take folic acid?
All women need folic acid. When a woman has enough folic acid before and during pregnancy, it can help prevent major birth defects of her baby’s brain or spine. Be sure to get enough folic acid every day. Start before you are pregnant. Folic acid is needed during the first few weeks, often before a woman knows she is pregnant. It’s so important to start taking folic acid each day, even when you are not planning to get pregnant. Folic acid might also have other benefits for men and women of any age. Some studies show that folic acid might help prevent heart disease, stroke, some cancers, and possibly Alzheimer’s disease.
How can women get folic acid?
All women should aim to get at least 400 micrograms (400 mcg) of folic acid each day. There are a few easy ways she can do this.
- Take a daily vitamin that has folic acid in it.
- Another way to get enough folic acid is to eat a serving of breakfast cereal that contains 100% of the daily value (DV) for folic acid each day. Check the label on the box to be sure it has enough.

Find folic acid. Choose a vitamin that says “400mcg” or “100%” next to folic acid.
Eat a healthy diet that contains lots of fruits and vegetables and other foods that have folic acid (or folate) in them or added to them. Below are foods you can eat to get folic acid (or folate).

Read the descriptions below to see how much folic acid you should take. Check off the one that applies to you.

- You are breastfeeding. Take 500mcg of folic acid every day.
- You had a baby with spina bifida or anencephaly and want to get pregnant again. Talk with your doctor, and ask for a prescription for a higher dose of folic acid. You should take 4,000 micrograms (4,000 mcg) starting at least one to three months before getting pregnant and during the first 3 months of pregnancy. That’s 10 times the normal amount! But don’t try to get the larger amount by taking more than one multivitamin or prenatal vitamin a day. You could get too much of another vitamin that could harm you or your baby.
- You had a baby with spina bifida or anencephaly. You are not planning to have another baby. Take 400 mcg of folic acid every day.
